Navnita is a passionate HR professional with overall 18 plus years of rich experience in Learning and Development.

 

Her key focus has been on Behavioral, Soft Skills and Leadership Trainings across various levels of management in different industries like IT, ITES, E-commerce, Pharma, Machine tool, Aeronautics, Health, Hospitality etc. She has managed HR teams in different companies in senior positions.
